I was reminded of this poem I had written last September as I went for my morning walk. I looked at the beauty that surrounds me here in Arizona and I was brought to tears.

I continue to be in Awe and Wonder of the beauty that surrounds me wherever
I go.

I am in awe of my blessings, and I am so thankful for the gifts within and around my life.

People, and places keep me in awe and wonder…

The Beauty That Surrounds Me

I stepped out
Followed my dream
And what I saw
Was beyond anything I had ever seen, Brought to tears
By the beauty before me,
In the distance a magnificant sight
First seen at the break of daylight
Tears filled my eyes
From what I saw
The Colorado Rookies
So huge,
yet from the distance so small.
A breathtaking view
So blessed to see
This journey called life
Is but a fleeting moment
To be lived and just Be…….
